Every so often someone manages to produce a little tool or utility to help take the guesswork out of your gaming. This page is dedicated to those people and the helpful little things they devise.

By entering your units hex in the top of bottom cell, it will show all the hexes your unit can reach from it's movement point allowance.

One occasionally asks the question 'Do I have enough movement points to get there?' and without any quick form of calculation, you guess.

Here is a little spreadsheet which - on a clear plain - will help you resolve this. You just enter the hex number your unit/leader is currently in and it will tell you how far it can go on its current movement points.

The utility will not however calculate any intervening hazards or changes of terrain, level or any of the other problematic things that get in the way. I'm looking at whether it is worth trying to devise a way to that as well - or just leave it to guesswork ?
