Play the Romans and try to stop your troops from routing and retreating off the north map edge

Play the Greeks and try to defeat the Romans, plenty troops but only a short number of turns (6) available.

Numidian horse has lured a detachment of Roman cavalry into an ambush.

Just for fun - Not historical but an interesting challenge:

The Carthaginians must rout the Roman horse before the legionaires arrive. The Gauls are unreliable.

This is a bloody and difficult battle. It is hard to see the
action and easy to lose units in the trees. That is part of the problem you must solve.

In this fantasy battle, the disciplined troops of Classical Greece and Ancient Rome face the fearsome Barbarian Hordes! To illustrate the Barbarian superiority in numbers, note their high RP Level.

The premise is that the Classical Greek powers (Sparta, Athens and Thebes) unite with the Roman Empire and take on the barbarian hordes.

There's litte room for manoevere, its more like a head on clash.

This isn't supposed to be taken seriously, just a hack and slash fest...IF you want the game to last longer, just keep increasing the RPs by fifty on either side...
